This month we are excited to release our inaugural Healthy Feet Survey to help bridge the information gap on foot health through examining how Australians look after their feet and lift the lid on some of the fundamental awareness issues with podiatry as a health service.
Mother’s Day left a lot of love beating through the hearts of families across Australia last weekend. It also left quite a few people with sore feet as they donned their running shoes for the first time in a while to pound the pavement to support charity fun run activities.
Is it painful to get out of bed each morning? And not for the reasons a café latte can fix… we’re talking about waking up with arch pain, sore feet or aching heels.
Foot, arch or heel pain isn’t something that disappears overnight (which is probably why you’re reading this). You may be waking up with one of the most common causes of foot and heel pain in adults – plantar fasciitis.
Due to the extreme weather conditions over South East Queensland, and in the interest of safety for our staff and patients, we have decided to close most clinics in this region today on 30th March 2017.
In addition, our clinics in the Whitsundays and Mackay remain closed until further notice due to effects of Cyclone Debbie.
Please call your local clinic, or visit this website again for more information. We hope that you all stay safe during this period of inclement weather.
As you may notice, our website is looking a little different. That’s because we have just launched the first phase of our newly refreshed web experience: www.balancepodiatry.com.au.
Our new website aims to deliver an improved experience that has been designed with your needs in mind. The changes we’ve made will make it easier for you to find information about our services, learn about podiatry conditions we treat and find your local store contact details.
