Balance Podiatry ProserpineIt’s a sad day for all of us at Balance Podiatry as we close the doors to our Proserpine clinic for the last time, after it received significant water damage during Cyclone Debbie.

Our Proserpine clinic was our second podiatry clinic and over the last 10 years we have helped care for thousands of patients of all ages throughout the region.

Is it normal to wake up with sore feet?

Is it painful to get out of bed each morning? And not for the reasons a café latte can fix… we’re talking about waking up with arch pain, sore feet or aching heels.

Foot, arch or heel pain isn’t something that disappears overnight (which is probably why you’re reading this). You may be waking up with one of the most common causes of foot and heel pain in adults – plantar fasciitis.
