Balance Podiatry has strengthened its leading foot care offering and will undertake an exciting rebrand as part of joining the national podiatry group My FootDr.
All 10 Balance Podiatry shoe stores and podiatry clinics will change their name to My FootDr by mid-2018, joining more than 50 locations nationally to create Australia’s largest podiatry network.
Balance Podiatry Founder and My FootDr Director and Chief Operating Officer Glen Evangelista said while the name change signified a new direction for the company, it was business as usual for patients.
“While our podiatry clinics may start to look different, you can be certain we will continue to offer the same quality podiatry services we have delivered to the community for over 15 years,” Mr Evangelista says.
“By joining a national network, we have access to the latest podiatry equipment, training and research, with a group committed to helping Australians maintain healthy feet.”
“Our Dubbo podiatry clinic and shoe store is the first clinic to rebrand with the Mitchelton (Brookside Shopping Centre), Townsville City and Thuringowa (Willows Shopping Centre) locations to be completed by March.”
The new partnership firms up the group’s position as an industry leader with a presence in every state.
“A key focus for My FootDr’s growth has been on enhancing the professionalism of the industry.”
“By partnering together, we enhance the standard of care and drive awareness that healthy feet means a better quality of life. It also gives us the scale to offer a true career pathway for our podiatrists and gives our clinics the resources, training and education to provide world-class foot care to our patients,” Mr Evangelista said.
